Nowadays, fitness
professionals are bombarded with “new” information and findings pertaining
to one area or another of the fitness profession. With the advancement of
information technology, a tremendous wealth of information is now available
to those who seek it from a multitude of sources. Some books or researches
contradict others and we, as fitness professionals are having a harder time
to sort through all this information and decide what is and isn’t accurate.
In this seminar, we are not going to give you more “do’s and don’ts”, we are
not going to tell you what is the absolute best method to use for your
clients…Through an adaptation of lateral thinking to our field: FITNESS, we
are going to attempt to shed some light on various options, techniques,
teaching and training methods that are available to us today. We are also
going to help you learn simple steps that will help YOU decide which pieces
of information are relevant to your research and which method(s) is best for
your clients and why.
